Evaldaz Speed Workout 21 02 2017

I am in the second week of my six weeks training program for speed development. I am planning to be faster on the football pitch so it's exactly what I need.

It was hard last week since my body didn't know what to expect when starting the new training program. But today the same training session which included eight 100 m sprints was much easier. This time the last 100 m run was the fastest one (out of 8 on the day). But if we would compare the last sprint last week - it had the worst time. Actually I have stopped running after it and I didn't do my cool down last Tuesday. I am not fully aware why this thing happened to me but this program definitely helps me.
